Pre-order means you reserve your piece before it’s made. We produce in limited quantities, only after you place your order⸺less waste, more intention.
Your piece will be made especially for you and shipped within the estimated delivery timeline mentioned on the product page. It does mean that you might have to wait a little longer for the product to arrive, but trust it will be worth it.

Yes, you will receive a confirmation email on your registered email address. You can also track your order status by logging into your account on our website.

ENSNE operates on a limited drop model. Certain products may never be restocked⸺if you see something you like, don't sleep on it.

Yes. Payment information is processed securely through third-party providers. ENSNE does not store full card details.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, and net banking via our secure payment gateway.

Yes, we ship PAN India. If your address exists, we’ll try to get there.

For pre-orders, it may take 25 to 45 days for orders to reach you as we manufacture after pre-orders are closed. For general stock, the product will be ready to ship within 7 business days and should reach you within 3-5 business days after it’s been shipped.

Once your order ships, you’ll be able to track your shipping status from the “account” section on our website and our delivery partner will notify you once your order is out for delivery.
