INSPIRATION
I've always found it fascinating how
money has its own language for almost everything. Assets, liabilities,
investments, returns. And somehow, the same vocabulary makes an alarming amount
of sense when applied to people.
We've all met someone who wants premium
treatment on a minimum-effort plan. Someone who mistakes attention for
entitlement, generosity for an unlimited credit line, or confidence for a
willingness to entertain absolutely anything.
And somewhere in that thought came a
rather ridiculous piece of financial advice: Stay in your tax bracket.
Not because people should be measured by
what they earn. Quite the opposite. Some people are rich in character and
bankrupt in common sense.
So we put those four words on an
off-shoulder top. A little flirtation, a little financial literacy, and a
rather unapologetic reminder to be self aware.
